After you click on the Contest link at the top, a long menu will appear.  It may be cut off at the bottom of your screen.  While the mouse pointer is inside this menu, you can use the mouse wheel to scroll the window up/down to see the rest of the Contest menu.

You can receive update announcements using RSS (Really Simple Syndication). Just subscribe to the following URL using your RSS reader (I use Firefox):

To find the installation instructions for your software, first move your mouse over one of the software types at the top of the page (i.e. Contest or DX Cluster). A selection list will appear. Click on the name of your software.
